Modern Table Lamp with Walnut Wood and Epoxy | Epoxy resin art

I create a simple and modern table lamp using walnut wood and blue pearlescent epoxy resin.
I use Hemel wood oil 2c preservative to protect the wood and also to make the resin shine.
I use 12v and 2.7 mm wide, 3000K color LEDs.
I use a touch sensor as an on/off switch.

The lamp looks great, i was a little surprised that you didn't actually make a groove around the inside of the lamp and recess the L.E.D wires, either way it still turned out great 😊.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I think the thing with the groove is, if he'd have done that, the light wouldn't shine to the front and rear very much because the groove would have shielded it.

Wow thanks heaps! I ordered some of the touch sensors.. how thick is the wood infront of the copper sensor? is it just glued against the wood? and you just touch the wood in front of the sensor? How thin does the wood need to be? Thanks :)

The thickness of the wood I use is generally 0.5 cm.
It was glued to wood.
The wood in front of the sensor is touched.
The thinner the wood, the better the working precision.
In a few attempts, I observed that it worked from behind 2 cm thick wood. But try to keep the sensor area as thin as possible.

Hemel Wood Oil 2c Çift Komponentli ahşap koruyucu.
Bu ahşap koruyucuyu kullanacağım için 3000 lik zımparaya kadar gitmem gerekmedi, 800 lük zımpara yeterli oluyor. Amacım Cam gibi parlamak yerine yarı parlak bir yüzey elde etmek. Bu yüzdende bu ahşap koruyucuyu uyguladım. Çift komponentli ahşap koruyucular epoksilere yarı parlaklık katar.
Evet yabancılar zımpara ile uğraşmayıp direkt vernik uyguluyorlar.
Ama Pasta cila ve vernikli çalışmayı yan yana koyduğunuzda arasında bariz bir fark vardır.
Çalışmalarımda kaliteli yüzey ve görünüm tercih ettiğim için vernikten uzak duruyorum.

Evet basa 1 modeli, testere bir süre sonra balans yaptı ve bu sorunu bir türlü çözemedim ama bu şekilde de işimi görüyor.

Ich hab mal eine Frage. Wieso nutzt du soviele unterschiedliche Schleifpapiere?
Würde es nicht reichen von P80 auf P240 direkt auf P800 zu gehen, oder vielleicht sogar auch auf P240 zu verzichten?
Das Ergebnis sieht mal wieder richtig nice aus. :)

Wenn wir von P80 auf P240 umsteigen, wird das Entfernen von P80-Schleifkratzern eine große Herausforderung sein und möglicherweise überhaupt nicht verschwinden. Daher wird beim aufeinanderfolgenden Schleifen ein einfacherer Schleifvorgang und eine weniger zerkratzte Oberfläche erzielt.
