Yes I agree - sometimes you have to push yourself, but it's actually okay to skip weeks or months. The bullet journal is always there when you're ready to come back and you don't have to waste any pages like a regular calendar/planner!

Odd tip, but since you’re someone who seems to need to differentiate between Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday/Sunday - I usually abbreviate Thursday as R (M T W R F S S) and I’ve seen some people do Sunday as N. Just to save time if you like it. If not - ignore me. Thank you for sharing your health trackers. I need to start doing the same
Thanks for sharing! You may want to add a section for tracking your period, sex, gynecology visit, and/ or pregnancy. I feel as women it’s super important to track these things as they are vital to fully understanding our overall health. We should always have a journal or calendar marked with these things so we can accurately communicate about all of it to our healthcare provider. We need to include how we are feeling (irritable, moody, happy, angry, foggy, etc.) during these times, food/drink cravings, sleep, pain level 1-10, medications/ vitamins, etc. How many times and with which partner did you have sex? Protected sex? Did you take a pregnancy test? If your pregnant or planning on getting pregnant....did you take prenatal vitamins, ob/gyn appointment, symptoms, cravings, how are you feeling, etc. Thanks and hope it helps!🙂
I THOUGH IT WAS JUST ME! I’ve been having weird migraines recently, that are making me cranky and annoyed. I’ve also been focusing on my health more, trying to understand the source of it, since I hadn’t had migraines for years now.
so i love bullet journaling and i love doing it but once i make habit trackers that are for the month i fill them in for the first couple of days and then i kinda forget about them. does anyone have any suggestions on how to help me?????
YES I feel you! This happens to me too. I try to (a) leave my bullet journal open on my work space so I see it every day, (b) set a timer to remind myself to fill it out, or (c) do it digitally because i'm more likely to remember
If anyone is feeling empty, lonely, depressed etc, I want you to know that Jesus loves you, and He is the Only one who can make you feel true love, happiness, joy and peace. We need to repent of our sins and turn to Him and start living for Him and He will be there with you every step of the way.
