    I love bullet journalling but sometimes I find it hard to keep up everyday, especially when I am so busy! Very inspirational though, I loved your old bullet journal videos!

      Yes I agree - sometimes you have to push yourself, but it's actually okay to skip weeks or months. The bullet journal is always there when you're ready to come back and you don't have to waste any pages like a regular calendar/planner!

Do you keep those of the previous years and have a look at them sometime? It must be an incredible way to see you evolution !! And about the days when you don't sleep, for me it's always related to my hormones/cycles, maybe you can check?Love!

    It's efficient to use an app to track your habit.

    Hey! Loved this video and I'm ready to try bullet journaling now! You made it seem so straight forward and less intimidating! Question tho did you find a trend for your migraines? I just had my first one a few weeks ago and my doctor said to track it in a similar way (I've been too casual about it with "headache" calendar on Google calendar). I wonder if you found a solution to try to reduce your migraines! Thank you for all your work! Really love this channel!!

    Another way to cover up black marks is to use a white gel pen. It has less texture than white out.

    Odd tip, but since you’re someone who seems to need to differentiate between Tuesday/Thursday and Saturday/Sunday - I usually abbreviate Thursday as R (M T W R F S S) and I’ve seen some people do Sunday as N. Just to save time if you like it. If not - ignore me. Thank you for sharing your health trackers. I need to start doing the same

    Thanks for sharing! You may want to add a section for tracking your period, sex, gynecology visit, and/ or pregnancy. I feel as women it’s super important to track these things as they are vital to fully understanding our overall health. We should always have a journal or calendar marked with these things so we can accurately communicate about all of it to our healthcare provider. We need to include how we are feeling (irritable, moody, happy, angry, foggy, etc.) during these times, food/drink cravings, sleep, pain level 1-10, medications/ vitamins, etc. How many times and with which partner did you have sex? Protected sex? Did you take a pregnancy test? If your pregnant or planning on getting pregnant....did you take prenatal vitamins, ob/gyn appointment, symptoms, cravings, how are you feeling, etc. Thanks and hope it helps!🙂

    so i love bullet journaling and i love doing it but once i make habit trackers that are for the month i fill them in for the first couple of days and then i kinda forget about them. does anyone have any suggestions on how to help me?????

      YES I feel you! This happens to me too. I try to (a) leave my bullet journal open on my work space so I see it every day, (b) set a timer to remind myself to fill it out, or (c) do it digitally because i'm more likely to remember
