Team comp is already great but your combo rotation still need some training,
I suggest it like this :
Furina burst+skill > Xilonen skill+tap basic until its activate > Kazuha burst+skill > Nevu burst+skill+charge atk

I just watch the shorts one, u know u can keep ur distance when using nevu instead of clinging to the enemies, his charge atk is pretty long range
