It was actually Han and Chan together on that note. Chan an octave higher in the background. There is a backing vocal only video here on YT where you can hear it.
Falling Up is my favorite song on the album. I just cannot get over their vocals. Chan's rock rasp with the chorus. Seungmin and Lee Know with that pre-chorus. HAN'S HIGH NOTE MY GOD. I just can't get over any of it.
Yeah, Chan does backing for Han there and sings it higher than Han does (and Han's is already extremely impressive). Chan hits a D6, which is a soprano. It's a female whistle note and it's insane that not more people are talking about it
What an album! So MUCH work and dedication behind the scenes. It's a bit scary to think about it sometimes. I mean, they're always writing and composing new songs, the choreos etc😅
The lyrics for each version have to be paraphrased for each language. Otherwise, they don't work melodically. The overall meaning is of course same, but yeah, it's always interesting to see how interpretations have to be adjusted.

Not all the English ones. They use Felix a lot for the English, and Chan do to. But for the Japanese - yes, that's the way they do it
