From fresh lumpia and empanadas, to the famous Chicken Inasal, from local pastries to food establishments that have thrived for a century, we will learn about the importance that food and local cuisine has played in the culture of Sugarlandia. We will visit the culinary custodians of these heritage recipes and watch how they honour the process in home kitchens and legendary establishments. We then will explore the next generation of food and beverage entrepreneurs and talk to them about how they are taking the flavours of the past into the future.
