So patient, allowing her to make him up, and never once looked like he felt silly or was embarrassed as she was working so hard on his makeover. Bet he would leave it on to take her to the park! And that sweet, genuine, easy going laugh of his, tells me he's perfectly comfortable playing these parts for his baby girl, and not the least bit concerned about foolish comments or opinions. He's obviously comfortable with his masculinity, and what a role model she has along with mom.
Getting hugs from the kids when they were babies literally washed away anything that was bothering me from work, life, whatever!! Now they're adults, out of state, living their lives....a hug is far and few between. Cherish every minute!!

You're right it never gets old as a parent but for some reason the kiddos stop. My 7 year old daughter still greets me with a hug but my 10 year old son stopped a couple years ago.
