bhai mujhe 2 problem hai main 3 mahine se zeyad hogaye hai baja raha hoo... Aik tu right hand sahi nahi ho raha dusra left hand sahi hai per tez nahi kar pathaa left hand ko string ko pakdne ki or haath ko uper neeche karne ko bhi explain kare

Bhai 3 maheeny kuch bhi nhe hai.. 1 saal k bad apka right hand kuch had tk thek hoga...rabab is no that easy k 3 maheeny main sub thek ho jye...it take years..keep practicing then you will feel change..abhi to hath k dard bhi baqi hain apky lye
