Maybe the character has pcos. Idk not everyone is lucky to have their period every month. Pcos basically stops periods for long periods of time but it doesn’t do drastic harm to you. I get my period 1-3 times a year so the story could be accurate if it was within a 6 month period. Last year I only had one period so it’s possible the character had pcos and they didn’t mention it to the story 🤷♀️🤷♀️
