@@kelleighanthony-kearns2777 I think they are dryer mascaras to start with vs some that are wet right away. I don't like Benefit mascaras for that reason.

OMG, your nail polish story transported me back...I was doing mine on a recliner in my mom's sewing room...then I got a couple drops on the cushion. As an early teen, I had no idea the strength of nail polish remover & when I went to rub out the polish drop, it ate right thru the fabric! 😳
I'm quite sure I was grounded & banished from polish until I moved out. Now, I only do my nails in the bathroom! Wow...throwback Thursday!
Oh my gosh, I accidentally spilled a bottle of nail polish remover onto my parents wooden kitchen table in high school. Never again!!!! Lol.

I could not agree more about the NARS Cream Bronzer, it is perfection!! And I def think the shade/tone plays a big role in it like you said. 01 is the perfect shade for us pale girlies. So glad we both love it!

The saie super glow is amazing under the hourglass foundation. As that’s a fuller matte like foundation the saie adds the perfect amount of glow from within underneath 😘

I’m 40 now and never found an eye cream that I loved until now! It’s actually not even marketed as an eye cream… it’s a baby balm from Primally Pure!! Only thing that’s helped not only my dryness but I do feel my actual under eye looks so much better!!

It's so helpful that you compared the Shiseido and Kosas foundations! I've been wanting both for such a long time, but I don't wear medium-full coverage foundations very often, so I'm going to go with the Shiseido one because the Kosas seems to go bad really quickly. Also, the tower 28 tinted sunscreen is my FAVOURITE!

I was very skeptical at first because I do have oily skin but it goes on so smoothly and it's actually sits well, even when my skin gets oily during the day! The Shesheido radiant foundation is my absolute Holy Grail foundation!!! It is the only foundation that I actually get compliments and questions about when I’m wearing it! Love the concealer as well, but I bought a shade that is slightly too light so I have to mix it with my Lancôme Teinte Idole, which I also love!

Jessica talked about Stila Kitten years ago and it is STILL my favorite shine for the lid. I have to go more champagne toned because of my skin tone and it doesn't show age on the lids like a glitter or cream does.
I really tried to love the Tower28 tinted sunscreen because it seems like everyone raves about it. I have oily skin that can get kind of dehydrated and dry in places from Tretinoin. For reference, I always set my face with a really lightweight setting powder and often use the Charlotte Tilbury setting spray. I found this tinted moisturizer weirdly made my skin look dry, despite prepping my skin well, and started looking really cakey and heavy with minimal wear. I really wish it looked nice on my skin though!

I think you would love the Stila Glisten and Glow in Kitten Kaleidoscope. The Glisten and Glows are not chunky glitter like the glitter ones and also not so opaque. They are just sparkly, twinkly gorgeousness. Emma x

Mac's Woodwinked is a fab one shadow look... it actually looks like theres different shades on the eyes (i learned this from pixi2woo YEARS ago lol!) I do prefer All That Glitters though as its less orange the Woodwinked. Thanks for another fab yearly faves. Love from the UK x

Have you tried the Huda Fauxfilter luminous matte concealer? It’s quickly become my holy grail because it has great coverage and seems to never ever crease even in a tropical Australian summer.

Dragon girl is a beautiful color and Nars killed it with that formula.
Try the shiseido self refreshing powder foundation! Also there's a kbeauty eyeshadow palette by Art class by Rodin in the shade Rosy Brown- i think you'd love it as a travel palette.
I think it makes sense that not everyone feels highlighter is a necessary step anymore. Glowy foundations are abundant, and in some circumstances, that might be enough reflect on the skin for people.

Try the waterproof gel eyeliner pencils by Lancôme, they are amazing with lots of color options, and do not smudge at all!
I have oily combination skin and I do like the Tower 28 tinted sunscreen product, but it’s winter now, so it’s pretty dry all around, so I cannot say if it’ll work for me in the warmer months. I do put it on over another thin sunscreen and top it with Essence’s 16 hour wear powder foundation. The combination is very beautiful.
I tried that shiseido concealer because of you! And I have two shades and love it so much! I have fine lines and concealer creases on me. But it doesn’t with this concealer and the No 7 powder!
