  • Ayesha's Kitchen - AK presents Crispy Fried Gobi Pakora Recipe.
    This is a very easy and quick Recipe and turns out super Crispy and Tasty.
    Ingredients:
    Cauliflower (Gobi) - 1 Large
    Water (Pani) - As required to boil
    Salt (Namak) - 1 tsp
    For Batter:
    Cornflour - 2 Tbsp
    Flour (Maida) - 2 Tbsp
    Black Pepper Powder (Pisi v Kali Mirch) - 1/2 Tsp
    Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 3/4 Tsp
    Salt (Namak) - 1 Tsp Level
    Chicken Powder - 1/2 Tsp
    Garlic Powder - 1/2 Tsp
    Chilli Sauce - 1 Tbsp
    Water (Pani) -1/4 Cup or as required to make thick paste
    Oil - For Deep Frying
