    By the way: We are working on a new pocket guide - Automotive SPICE goes Mechatronics. Therein you can find the HW-relevant processes required by the intacs™ HW SPICE process assessment model. We contributed to this PAM as co-lead. There are also links between HW development from the SPICE perspective and ISO 26262, with publication scheduled for September. Stay tuned.

      @sukanya koppala - we've heard your call, and we'll response ;): The next release will be SWE.4, SW Unit Verification. And then, a very long tutorial on FS related development on SW level is in after production. Hope we can deliver this video e/o September.

      Part 6, the FS development on SW level, is currently in post-production. The release is scheduled for September or October. Since this video will be more extensive than other videos in our series, we cannot promise the release date.

    Hello Dr. Perry. this is best short video covered iso26262 HW. Do you please let me know some more example of HSR? Any reference will be helpful. Thanks in advance

      @KUGLERMAAGCIE  Год назад

      @bharath great question. Here are examples of HSRs from some of our training material:
      • The seat sensor shall signal “unoccupied” when no object is on the seat or if object weight < 5 kg.
      • A stuck at closed of S2 shall be detected and a reset of both µCs shall be initiated in case of stuck at closed.
      • The activation signals of the ATD µC and the Safety µC for the switches shall be compared for equality and a reset shall be initiated if they are contradictory.
      • The comparator shall detect contradictory signal values not faster than 200 msec.
      • The comparator shall detect contradictory signal values latest after 600 msec.
      These requirements are allocated to certain parts of the hardware.
      We hope this helps you further!
