My 83 year old dad worked in many jobs where females outnumbered men and has had many female bosses colleagues in teaching and care homes and banking and accounting offices. He recalls many women and girls who touch his bum etc make lewd comments and be very overt sexual without his consent he's know trying to remember the names so he can take them all to court. Pity they're not celebrity as then he'd recall them more. Sexual, touching in work place is yes bad and if persistent on one person is definitely a court case imo but a guy or woman whose a bit tactile I can accept even if uncomfortable at time I would try and destroy my worse enemy over it. Again If he went inside clothes and was longer say then lagain court case. In this case she told producer and writer to me they are worse than dlt as it's not acceptable to just go to court many years later or at all they should of and all others who reported dlt to bosses at time should of then confronted him and ask him or tell him you don't come to this studio again of you don't moderate your behaviour. No one did tell him so to him that sort of made it OK especially as many woman don't mind a man cuddling etc
