I started posting RUclips videos to help men feel amazing about themselves. Unfortunately, I've gone a bit overboard. Some topics I discuss on this channel boil down to six essential steps to look good and feel amazing. I want to go over these six things because I don't want you to go down the rabbit hole of self-improvement, not thinking that you're good enough, and constantly worrying that you're not doing something you should be doing. If you do these six things, you will be ahead of 99.9% of other guys. Here are the essential six:
Have a nice body. Most guys are sloppy and have doughy dad bodies. Looking around the beach or pool, do you look better than most guys? If the answer is yes, you're ahead of most people. If not, you must get to the gym and eat better. Clean up your diet and stop being stupid.
Dress well. Your style will change the way other people perceive you. It also changes how you perceive yourself when you look in the mirror. If you like what you see, it boosts your confidence and makes you feel better.
Effective body language. A strong stance is critical to master and will set you apart from others whose heads are buried in their phones. Stand up straight and walk like you mean it. Shake people's hands, smile regularly, and look people in the eye. Give out compliments as well. Engage with people and talk with them. Sound confident and be interesting (as well as interested).
Well groomed. Make sure your body hair is managed, grow a beard, and clean up your eyebrows and nose hair. If you want to regain your real hair if you're losing it, visit Bosley.
Man of integrity. Are you comfortable in your own skin, or do you put others down? Do you try to act like you're something you're not, or are you comfortable being you? Do you follow the herd, or are you your own man? Stand up for what you believe in and be a leader. This will set you apart from others and make you more confident.
Good man. (a) Helping others will improve your self-esteem and confidence. Look for opportunities to assist others, making you look more attractive and confident. It's good for your soul and will bring you happiness. Happiness should be the goal for everyone. Feel good about life and the man you are. (b) Being a good man doesn't mean you're a nice guy or a people pleaser. It doesn't mean that you're kissing people's asses. Have a good moral compass, be a man of integrity, and do what's right.

Actually appreciate the things you say here, apart from the whole ad stuff but I guess that's the only way to provide the channel. However, yes, you are absolutely right. Confidence is key, not only to attract people, but to feel good about yourself. The key to that truly is to work with what you got and make the best out of it instead of just spiraling down the "I suck" rabbit hole. That is what makes you immediately a different and more mature and likeable person. Also I appreciate the advice you give in terms of engaging with people, keeping your morale compass straight and being a good person instead of hunting the money and power. Engaging with people, being sincere and helpful but not just crawling up everybodys ass forgetting who you are and want to be, taken advantage of, is golden advice. Make the best with what you got, be helfpul and inspiring, be straightforward and someone people like to engage with and look up to and you will not only be like by other people but you will feel so much better about yourself.

I agree with most of the things you say and disagree with some. I really do get where you are coming from. First of all, bald is beautiful (and just as sexy). I started losing my hair at 15, just 3 months after my father died. I tried the "regrowth" stuff and none of it worked. Granted, things have come a long way since then (the mid 90s), but I like being bald. Many women have told me so through the years. My wife liked me bald. You don't have to have hair to be sexy or even attractive. I also personally don't think that body hair grooming is necessary. I'm not saying that it's right or wrong. I'm not saying that it's a feminine thing to do or anything like that. To each his own! I do shave my balls, for reasons I won't post publicly, but the rest of my body (only moderately hairy)...I keep natural. It's part of what makes me a man. But I get that some guys like to shave. Whatever floats their boat! I also get that some guys need to shave. I'm just saying it's not something that you have to do to be sexy or attractive. There's also nothing wrong with having a "dad bod". As a society, we're focusing too much on outward appearance, and we have been for far too long. I'm all about eating right and being healthy, but to tell somebody that if they don't look better than others at the beach...that they "must" get to the gym (your gym, I assume), clean up their diet and "stop being stupid" is impudent. Unrelated to this video, I recently watched a video where you said something along the lines of a part of what makes you a better man is not using excessive cussing. I completely agree with that! I don't understand the point of profanity in general. Meanwhile, in this video alone, you've dropped the f-bomb, referred to ass kissing, and calling men who aren't, what I'm assuming is your opinion of men of integrity, as "whiny little b*tches". What I think makes a man a real man, one who is set apart and stands out amongst the crowd, is a man who is confident in himself, no matter what he looks like. A man of honor and integrity. One who is a gentleman to a lady. A man who acts his age, and is humble and modest. I applaud your efforts to help make men feel better about themselves, but there are times that I think you come across a little abrasive and might even make some men feel more insecure and uncomfortable about themselves than they already do. I.don't say ANY of this to be insulting to you. I subscribe to your channel and will more than likely continue to watch each of your videos. There are some areas where you have actually helped me, and I'm grateful for that. Just giving my two cents for whatever it's worth. (Probably not more than two cents! 😆)

Remember to take what Aaron says about hair transplants with a grain of salt, especially because he's never had one done on him before and he has a business partnership with a big-box clinic.
If you're considering a hair transplant, research a doctor who is certified by the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgeons (ABHRS), exclusively practices surgical hair restoration, and does both FUT/strip AND FUE. You are much more likely to get a bad result than a good one, so do your due dligence and start taking a preventative treatment.

For the most part I have all 6, My problem is I have a job in education and don’t make shit. It was fine when I was married but now that I’m single my education job pay is kinda embarrassing. I’m 43 years old newly single and struggling income wise. My job is a good one and I love it but I feel that a mature woman won’t take me seriously if they new how much I really made. This may sound mean but confidence come from being about what you do and most people do what they like. If you want the gym girl then you better be into fitness, if you want the game girl then you better be into video games, and if you want the bar girl then you better be into the bar scene. People think you can make a relationship work by pretending to be something you aren’t. Well what if I like the gym girl? That’s cool but if she likes the gym and you aren’t confident talking about fitness because you aren’t into it how exactly are going to be confident in something you know nothing about. same goes to clothing you may look nice in that leather jacket but if you feel like a clown for wearing it how are you going to show confidence to anyone?

Any human who seeks happiness is a fool. Happiness is a transitional emotional state. It’s temporary, fleeting and references itself based on *current* perspective. Take Aaron, for example…..my guy is frequently “unhappy” because he gets stagnant because his “happiness” meter is stuck on its last and highest level so everything is compared to that in his frame. But if he took a moment to be grateful for where he started vs where he is now then his point of reference changes. “Happiness” isn’t it….it’s peace. Only women reference “happiness”…..please stop trying to make men emote like women. Also, stop saying “partner”…..it’s a reference to being gay.
