It's private property. They can add whatever they want. Why not ask your local churches to make room inside their cathedrals for the homeless? They're always boasting about how they want to help the homeless.
They also need to fix the proportions of the statue. It’s just a terrible statue all around. They need to get rid of it and try again. It looks like Chris Bosh not Kobe Bryant lol.
