Really?! Which version do you have the original or the parfum version from 2020.. i get this massive synthetic wood note... but i love it...i think CN Homme (I have the parfum but i have the original is close) is amazing modern perfume... thanks so much for watching Just Add Light 🍻
@@RamseytheRam Only have a 50 mL of the edp, and to me it's more of a fruity-spicy. Been in my top 5 designer autumn fragrances for years. Something about it is just so addictive. Unfortunately, I don't feel that way about many of the others from CN. Super synthetic (and loud) juices. But you can call me Doni! 💜
I've tried Sandor,and it feels to me very powerhousy,from some era gone by,and ordered a bottle.On the other hand,Costume national homme(both versions),seems much more friendy to wear,and i do think that Sandor could be challenging for quite a bunch of people.
Yea man Rodrigo Flores-Roux a favorite of mine. I'll need to look at this house. And you mentioned Costume National homme Parfum. Dominique Ropion another favorite of mine and I find a lot of parallels in both their work. Good stuff Ramsey ✌🏻
Maybe it’s me, but I’ve tested my Sandor 70s decant multiple times really wanting to love it and something turns me off every time. The tobacco note is so harsh and stinging, it almost feels detached from the rest. Speaking of tobacco-leather-osmanthus, I find Cuir Intense to be way more well blended and balanced. Btw I love Rodrigo Flores-Roux’s work. I strongly suggest you to try both EL and Nanban he did for Arquiste. I’m sure you’d love em. Thanks for the video as always, keep rocking!
One of my alltime favorite woodys, Black Calamus, is another gem from this line/brand. I'll always be intrigued by a Rodrigo Flores-Roux creation, and being in the tobacco fanclub (DK for Men was one of my firsts when I "inherited" it from a brother as a teenager btw), I'm now more keen to try Sandor, thanks to another fine overview of yours here. ✌🙏
I'm very interested in that one. Costume National Parfum is my scent of the day ! I think I finally found out the way to wear it without choking myself. Powerful stuff.

I like soul though... even though its loud and synthetic its a very interesting bright amber perfume... Ropion again I think 🤌🤌🤌
