I already made some videos with story included. I used some missions to turn them into short Action Films Check the "Merryweather Heist" video, "The Paleto Score", "Last Man Standing" Right now im working on a musical video for GTA 5 and "Fast & Furious" with Trevor. But the biggest project is a 2 hour movie that is started 2 weeks before christmas "SOLDIERS of APOCALYPSE", i already have around 2 hours of footage edited but i put that project at a hold for now because its summer here in Croatia and i don't have much free time so i only focus on smaller projects as it requires more time and dedication to continue with the movie At the end its probably gonna be around 2 and half hours long, still have some last battle to record and than mix in the dialog's, sound effects and music (so far i have around 600 Gb of footage just for that movie I had to write a full screenplay for that movie, to make it more interesting for the viewers and to know what i have to plan in making the scenes in GTA 5 world, find locations, prepare characters, bad guys dialog ect.. I have a trailer for that movie so cheek for it on my channel! I made this Need for Speed video because few years ago i was listening to this music and had an idea to make a video compilation of various cars driving around like in the trailer for the game "World Racing 2" witch featured this song in that trailer. the reason why his movies look so great is because he is also using a 3rd party editor tool, because if he was only using the R* editor tool that comes with the base game (no mods, no movie editor tools from 3rd parties, etc.) believe me a lot of the great shots u see here wouldn't be possible with the base R* editor tool, thats why other content from other creators look kind of forced and not smooth, because they dont use other movie editor tools, they just go with the base game, although there are some that are great.
Quick question. How did you make the camera move in the final product. My options are that the camera is mounted in one place at a time or it follows the player.
Free camera, a mix of player follow and camera movement with camera vibrations and other effects. Plus I see some scenes where he uses the smoothing effect between camera transitions. He may also have Open Camera if he recorded this on PC. (It's a mod that comes with Open IV). Also I noticed that he is using the Scene Editor mod along with a simple trainer. With a mix of all of these tools plus a few months learning to use the free camera effectively, anyone can make a video like this if they put some time into it.
