Do you find that the polyurethane is tacky after?

It’s been a long time since I’ve used it but no, it was never tacky feeling.

What type of clay are you using? Will this varnish work well on sculpey? And does it matter if the sculpture has paint on it? Will it discolor the sculpture at all? Sorry for all the questions I'm new to this craft.

I actually use sculpey |||, surprisingly. Never had issues with it.
Yes, the varnish will work well. It doesn’t matter, as long as the paint is dry obviously haha. It shouldn’t discolor.
