You're literally my favorite RUclipsr. Ive been an esthetician for a year now and this is definitely an area I struggle in and this video was extremely helpful. Also I would love to see a video on what retail products you have. Thank you for this content!
Girl this was an amazing video and super informative. I will definitely be using some of these tips on my clients. I loved how the conversation just flowed and didn’t sound too pushy and the wording you used.
I did great at sells with clients while I was in school.we talked about his or her most concerns family, kids, life then after getting her or him comfy I suggested a few products after highly listening to them.i act as if im not going to sell and I come off more soft.and it worked for me.
Thank you so much for such amazing context. Honestly you are a god send. I love all your videos, I love how detailed and extremely educational and helpful you are. Keep doing a great job, and I vote yes on all videos , yes we want to see them all. Lol
Hi Kristen. Looks like I'm a little late to the party, but I LOVE your videos. I admire and appreciate you. I've been an esthetician for a little over 2 years. I'm soaking up all of your recommendations and teaching. Thank you.
A lot of people don’t want to be sold to during the service. I’ve done this too, but I find it’s best after the service to talk products. But that’s me.
This role play video has to be one of my favs I haven’t seen one like it lol so informative and helpful! I have an all natural skincare line and will be starting esthetics school next month and can’t wait! So excited your videos help 😊thanks
First, I think you are truly amazing and gorgeous, and I was also curious. If possibly we could get a video of you actually going through one of your typical facials maybe some tips, tricks and advice. Thank you so much 😉🌹🙌
You are amazing Kristen‼️ Your videos have been so inspiring… your my mentor in my head lol 😂 This roleplay was everything. I have about 6 months left of Esthetician school however I started with formulating my own products. This was super helpful. Thank You for all you do‼️
Your videos are so informational! I am so thankful I found your channel I am a new solo esthie in south Florida and the market is so saturated already so I was feeling a little discouraged but your videos have inspired me so so sooo much!
Hey love can you please make a video on how to sell to clients who say they already have too many products ? Was watching and you said you were going to explain but never did 😩
I love how your about mindset! Thank you for spreading that 🔑💎🙏🏼 And thank you for not being one of those who wants $ to share these tips! Your truly inspirational. This whole video speaks to me and I agree 100% and I learned a lotttt. Your such a go getter dude and I get so many ideas from you. Sending you positive thoughts, love, peace of mind and abundance in everything your working on and praying for. Love you girly! 🤍🙏🏼🥰
do you ever get clients that just want to relax during the facial? how would you set the tone? I'm struggling because we offer relaxing facials and so the client is not always willing to talk. and I feel like the conversation during consult is soooooooo long and I'm just word vommiting before the facial.
Could you do a video on having another Esthi work with you, under you, or just renting the space to use? How things should go etc. I'm planning to have a friend that wants to learn microblading while I do lashes and facials. I'm not sure how to structure the business; as in should she be paying rent when using my space, commission percentage etc. Trade offs. Please and thank you 🙏 This will be in my own licensed at home spa.
Enjoying All your Videos on the business side of stuff! 😁 I’m in school now for Esthetics in AZ and have 8 weeks left! I’m in our Student Spa 2 days a week taking clients and it’s sometimes easy to talk someone into a product they should add into their routine or your right and they have Everything... 😐 and are never interested.. we have to do the Spiel no matter what so we get practice at it and familiar with the product lines we use. I think it’s difficult to suggest the more pricey skincare products, even though it would definitely benefit the person skin, their like ok then they see the price and change their minds. I’m not trying to trick them into the purchase, I just want them to use a good proven product! 😬🙂
Ohh I wish there was more content like this back in my spa therapist days. Beauty School doesn’t teach sales techniques so when you are “live” with clients you get thrown in the deep end 😂 at the time all the books I could find were super masculine sales techniques and gender, not specific like your video. Now I love talking about ethical and non pushy sales, and feminine softer selling approaches too…. Do you log your sales now ?
I absolutely loved this video! It is packed with lots of great information on retailing product. As a new esthetician, I found this very useful! Please don’t ever stop making videos 😊
Your videos are absolutely amazing! I am a new esthetician and I have been watching them for awhile. I think it is truly amazing that you share such great information to help other estis.🤍 I’m so grateful I’m able to learn from you. I’d love to see more info about retail products. This was very helpful for selling but I am struggling to find information on the specifics/business side of retail specifically for solo estheticians. I’d like to offer retail soon but I don’t know how to do my pricing, what to order, how to get started, etc. (mostly the pricing) I am worried about under/over charging. Thank you! I look forward to your future videos!!✨
I am a Mozambican beauty therapist. Trained by People's College in Harare Zimbabwe. I am starting my own business and would really want to make good sells
I would love to have a chat. I cant understand why the dermatologist tell there patients to go to the drug store. I cringe when clients tell me when they use cerve. please message me

Love this can you do a role play if they fall asleep after extractions or skin analysis? How do you incorporate talking about the products?
You can also talk to the client at the end of the service and go over the products used in their service.
@@taijat7 or at the begining during the interview, i never do a facial without a previous interview with medical questions, concerns and skin analisis

Thank you this video was super helpful 🥰
Can you make a video on skin analysis and different contradictions?
So do you buy extra product to sell or do the companies send it to you to sell for a percentage??
Great presentation sounds like me talking to my mannequin I really enjoyed it
