I think you would get a better response if you titled the video Lake Taho lakefront. Property such as this is super rare on the lake and virtually priceless.
Carson City claims to be clear up to the lake. When you drive around the lake, you see the confusing signs, "Carson City, Elev. **** pop. ***". I have lived here at Tahoe since the mid-60's, and I cry "Bullshit" every time I see the sign. It seems that Carson City's claim should end at the crest of the Sierra's

But the most important thing you need to know is other than The George whitell estate there are no houses on the lake in Carson. Officially that video was Douglas county Nevada.
