Awesome Hotel. I had the pleasure of staying in a large bedroom suite. The rate was affordable and the service was great. Very rich historic indeed, with a gallery of photos from the 1930s onward with a guest list of noted guests. Very delicious and tasty delicacies. Fun for the entire family.

@@RCuthbert for what we paid not up to our standards dark & dim , rooms very small no coffee maker no fridge ($25 a day extra for them) we thought the windows had cracks in it was the condensation so bad dripping on the carpet disgusting very damp room , had to show our room ID every time we went back in elevator (made us think) the chambermaid knocked at 9.15 told us we need to leave before 10am as she wasn't feeling good that day & wanted to go home early LOL (we took our time) .....they're are some good , we just weren't impressed reviews on this hotel though & it has the best location in NYC.
@@RCuthbert You're welcome Ruby ..enjoy your trip to NYC we found the Fairfield Inn & suites Penn Station which is just across from the New Yorker (you may wanna check that out as it has a rooftop bar and breakfast all in) pastries juice cereals coffee tea perfect to start the day .and much more up to date ..and once again best location ever . take care & god bless ...

Just been to New York and stayed in this hotel it was fantastic the staff were great and room was very clean would recommend
Great hotel, I totally recommend it and a great location, central for all the attractions. Right opposite MSG and a fifteen minute walk to the ESB.
