DK Esc Fan you guys missed the point of the video. Is showing the judges thought process on how they select their favorite songs. This is only semifinals so the finals should be more like regular Eurovision.
What I hate about his opinions most of all is the immediate disregard for more emotional and sad songs. Like, has he not seen Inside Out?? He reminds me of that depressing Norwegian girl in EurovisionHub. It's like we can see through their own masks.

oh my god that guy Carlos wanted to have an opinion for everything so bad and was REACHING about everything. It's ok to have an opinion but they weren't even listening properly to the songs because he was talking over the songs 70% of the time
To be fair, they probably would need to talk over since RUclips's algorithm will easily take the video down as it may not count as a "reaction video" once you send an appeal to bring them back up.
I liked Lauren and Mike's reaction to Croatia. So few people see the wonder of this entry. It may be in that box of "classic Balkan ballad" category, but in so many ways it is special. And soooo well executed.
I'm so sad I had tickets to see the family show of this semi final. I was really looking forward to seeing Australia, Russia and Sweden. It was going to be the first time of watching Eurovision live after watching on TV every year since 1985. Here's hoping for 2021.

I'm sorry but Israel's song is far from generic or average lol it's heavily ethnic, not just one ethnic root, different ones. 4 languages included.... I would say that's pretty unique. I wish there were so many songs like these that it could be considered generic or average because I love these types of songs.
I love your channel because you let your guests to speak without any borders. They have never wached Eurovision and it is interesting to see their first, fresh and virgin reaction. Lots of people say they don’t know why they talk over the songs. They are showing how they judge the songs. I’m sure they will do like a proper Eurovision finals with the judge scores and our votes in a more formal format.
In semi final 2, make sure to check which countries have a revamp, and play that version. For example, Armenia does have a live performance, but the revamped version (which would have gone to Eurovision) is the music video.
This is the second video I see from your channel, I liked the reactions not so much with the new guy because he talked a lot but I guess is his personality, nevertheless not too good for reacting a video. I just have one suggestion, can you give them interesting fact meanwhile they are reacting? for example, the amount of languages sung on the entry from Israel, that some countries have internal selection or their national finals, etcetera? Do you know also they normally post the translation of the lyrics (for those in their national languages)? that would help your reactors to understand the songs. Also, did they were notified it was cancelled? or this was recorded before the communication from the UER

Norway did not use any "leftovers from 2009" in the production of the show. The final was held in Trondheim for the first time - NRK made the show bigger and better because Norway was celebrating 60 years of participating in the Eurovision Song Contest.

That stadium was built in 2018, Norway last won in 2009... It's not even in the capital city, it's in the 4th largest town in Norway (but it was Norway's first capital in the Viking age)
My profile picture is my reaction for ESC 2020 being cancelled. Lot of great songs that we sadly won't see on a live stage. Russia, Sweden, Malta were my top 3 for this semi. Also, who would have thought that Destiny (Malta singer) is only 17 :D

As an Australian I was glad to hear that songs chosen for this year can't be used again for next year because our song chosen was trash in my opinion as there were about 3 or 4 others that should have won so hopefully Australia either picks someone else or we get a better song

Ι don't know how many times I found myself wanting to say "Shut up and just listen!" when the songs were playing. Some songs want to create a vibe that it's destroyed when people constantly speak over them. Please try to speak less and listen to the songs, and after you can express all your opinions. I bet some reactions would be hella different this way!

Did you made clear to your guests that in order to win a nation does not have to select the song they consider best, but they one they assume the jury and Tele voters in the other esc national consider the best. So an educated cultural guess is required

Norway did not use any "leftovers from 2009" in the production of the show. The final was held in Trondheim for the first time - NRK made the show bigger and better because Norway was celebrating 60 years of participating in the Eurovision Song Contest.
Oh cool !!!. but I guess the country does keep some of the resources and the knowledge after hosting the big show...

That stadium was built in 2018, Norway last won in 2009...
It's not even in the capital city, it's in the 4th largest town in Norway (but it was Norway's first capital in the Viking age)

My profile picture is my reaction for ESC 2020 being cancelled. Lot of great songs that we sadly won't see on a live stage. Russia, Sweden, Malta were my top 3 for this semi. Also, who would have thought that Destiny (Malta singer) is only 17 :D

As an Australian I was glad to hear that songs chosen for this year can't be used again for next year because our song chosen was trash in my opinion as there were about 3 or 4 others that should have won so hopefully Australia either picks someone else or we get a better song

Ι don't know how many times I found myself wanting to say "Shut up and just listen!" when the songs were playing. Some songs want to create a vibe that it's destroyed when people constantly speak over them. Please try to speak less and listen to the songs, and after you can express all your opinions. I bet some reactions would be hella different this way!

for the next Eurovision you react to, you should watch it with bcc commentary so they get a taste of how people in Europe see it :)
Did you made clear to your guests that in order to win a nation does not have to select the song they consider best, but they one they assume the jury and Tele voters in the other esc national consider the best. So an educated cultural guess is required

I think it would be more fair if all the songs were either live or studio versions.
Im sensing just a little fractiousness in this video, like the whole aura of the set up just isn't working. I think that's down to the new guy, who I'm totally not vibing with. No offence to him but he's a little 'know it all' which is stopping the other two from reacting accordingly, plus hes continually talking loudly and talking over the other two.
I enjoy watching their organic reactions
