Wow! Thank you for being so open to the emotions and sharing them with us. I had the immense honor of performing with Maestro Pavarotti and also had some lessons with him. Any time he opened his mouth I felt like crying, so I get your reaction for sure!!
The something special is called opera. They act and sing in front of a full theatre without microphones. If you have never been to one, you should go, it's a physical experience. The power of their voices and the power of the orchestra are phenomenal.
It is wonderful that you react to Pavarotti. And more that you felt a connection with the human drama in his performance. I love that you enjoy it. Greetings from Lima, Peru.
Just so you know, it is a stage play, but they're singing the lines instead of speaking them, so acting is required in face, body and the opera provides the script to be sung with feeling.
This is one of the most poignant arias in the opera genre. Hats off to you for being open-minded enough to venture into this world. As you see, it shows how powerfully music can convey even deep emotions. Also check out 'Un Bel Di' (One Fine Day) from Madame Butterfly.
If you must pause the video just before the last two words (I know, you didn't know), just make your comments brief. Now you must hear the closing song of the last act: No, Pagliaccaio Non Son. Italian and English subtitles, posted by Mata Tosti. It is utterly amazing, gobsmacking, stunning.
He puts himself entirely into character of a man who just found out his wife is unfaithful and yet still puts on the clown outfit and performs thru his pain. He was the greatest Tenor to live.
I can tell you story of the opera, the character and reason this is a killer song. It's a Rumpelstiltskin type story. Drop me a message. OK? My father had a gifted voice 4 octave range. Boy Soprano who never lost his voice. He chose to be an entrepreneur instead of singer but he was constantly in a Light Opera, or Broadway style musical or vocal group. Often brought people to tears. omg approx 5:20 min in most important sounds.
Hi. Thanks for the reaction video, that was great. Pavarotti is something else, his voice 🤯. Please react "Nessun dorma" by Pavarotti. This music is very famous in his voice and interpretation. Please take a look, you will not regret.
Love Pavarotti, maybe you could try Franco Corelli from 1960s singing anything, pavarotti himself said Corelli had vocal chords of steel 😳🤗 Corelli has tremendous singing power and beautiful singing and you will shocked at his power, might get many thumbs up, He didn't really need microphones Amor ti vieta Nessun dorma Vesti la guibba O holy night. Any of these (by Corelli will leave you stunned probably) I enjoyed Pavarotti singing vesti la guibba. Thanks for your reaction. 👏👏👏👍
"Something special" sums it up. Pavarotti's voice had power and control, but what makes it special to me is the WARMTH he conveys with that voice! Easily the greatest tenor of our time, and perhaps of all time. I suggest you check out "elucevan le stelle" from "Tosca": ruclips.net/video/EAqHQMX7GHY/видео.html and "la donna e mobile" from "Rigoletto": ruclips.net/video/xCFEk6Y8TmM/видео.html
Very nice young man, to be open to listen to this. What a deep meaning. How many of us put on our costumes and make up, to keep others from suffering for us or seeing our suffering. But many people do it to protect their children, their loved ones, their friends from sinking into sadness with us. We hope to disguise our suffering for the benefit of others. It's called a sacrifice of love towards others. Jesus did this perfectly.
No microphones in Opera. Their voices have to fill the theatre. No autotune. Live orchestra and singers. If the singer is telling you the story of the aria (song) by facial expressions, he’s doing a good job. That’s opera.
questo NON è un film è un'opera. Tutte le Opere sono tratte da storie che gli stessi autori hanno scritto, parole e musiche. Si svolgono tutte in Teatro
This is a drama, sir. A man just discovered his beloved wife has been cheating on him for a long time, mantaining her love with husband's money and even laughing at his back. And as every drama does, it end in a bloodshed: the guy, faces wife and lover during an on stage performance (people thinks It's all staged), wife mocks and humiliate him so he gets madre and stabs both to death.
Why do people watch opera? Show me the band that can mesmerize and move you like opera! Show me the Terminator or other film, that does, what opera does to your emotional core! ESPECIALLY when performed by a genius like Pavarotti.

this is the most famous tenor who ever lived. This is an aria from an opera. It begins your journey to Luciano Pavarotti who could make anyone cry.

Don't worry. I've listened to this aria like a thousand times, and each time, I'm in tears 😢
Oh lord, NEVER PAUSE the music of Luciano pavarotti, this is a sin kkkkkkkk
ESPECIALLY TWO WORDS FROM THE END!
Then just watch the original, not a reaction
Amen to that Jean!! Beautiful ❤️

Thank you for your sophisticated and honest treatment of this great art.
I know the feeling man. Hugs from Italy!
The opera’s story hits hard lol
Your description of what would be a "movie/play/drama" ... but with music?
That is what opera is.
I've known this song my whole life but I never knew what it meant. Now every time I sing it I start crying like a baby
A true masterpiece. Something you cant duplicate it
I agree brother, none like him

Operas are wonderful, a singing play 💕☮️💜

Noted thank you so much

It's a live performance of an opera.
This is good for the soul!❤️
It is amazing

I enjoyed Pavarotti singing vesti la guibba.
Thanks for your reaction. 👏👏👏👍
Amazing song... Good you like it. Greetings from argentina.
To add to a comment below- Ave Maria and if you really want to cry- Caruso

"its a movie" comment makes me smile. Like its opera, theater, the OG movies before movies.
It’s a theater show
Please !!!!! React to Leontyne Price & Fiorenza Cossotto "Recordare" ,from Verdi^[s Messa de Requiem. The most incredible two femenine voices ever.

Opera is a sung piece of theater. The tenor must be at the same time an actor.
Take a look at "Caruso"... sang by Pavarotti
