Another explosion has occurred at an oil base in Kamensk-Shakhtinsk city in Russia’s Rostov region, local Telegram channels reported. The relevant images were taken by local residents. The explosion was caused by fire that started and continued after Ukrainian kamikaze drone strike on the night of August 28. The fire that continued throughout the day, resulted in an explosion at the oil base in the area. There have been reports about casualties yet.

Actually, they could. Obviously, russia does a lot of bartering these days and they want refined products. So it’s quite possible that the shadow fleet they have or neighbour countries give them some diesel and jet fuel in return for crude oil where some small amount just so happen to come from USA.

Russian officials will say some "debris" from drones they shot down fell on the oil tanks. It's weird how the debris from Ukrainian drones always looks exactly like the drone did before the Russians shot it down. 😂
The Russians are so unlucky! Their high-tech air defense manages to shoot down every Ukrainian drone-only for the debris to coincidentally always land where Ukraine wanted to attack.

i work with a server in Russia and lastly they are having lot of blackouts, this never happen before even in the year when the war started, now the server always restart because of power outage since the beginning of this year it happens many times per week, Russia is over, they can't compete with the US and they only have lot of nuclear weapons to amenaze, but their economy and everything is over. Nobody need Russia in the world.
Take a look on Flightradar at the six Moscow airports. Not many flights are visible, not sure whether they are flying without transponders on, or whether fuel, or maintenance of the stolen planes is becoming a problem.

Another explosion? Is this an oil depot or a refinery which would be better. I know russia doesn’t export refined products these days, soon they may have to ration the gas for those that own cars. It’s going to be like in soviet times when ”out of gas” was the norm.

Human rights of Russians are violated more and more, western companies were sold to people from Putins network for low prices. If there wasn't the war, we would discuss the decline of freedom of speech, standard of living etc. in Russia - but since Putin launched the attack, nobody feels empathy for the Russians.
