I agree.. too many videos have music that drowns out the background rain. This is the perfect balance I think

Two things I've noticed about these "jazz shacks" as we call them here in the Commonwealth: Lotta chem usage, and a lotta women who like to take their clothes off. I'm a bigger fan of the latter than the former, but I wonder if the two are related.

What is the pulsating thing in the lower right corner? Is it a centaur that snuck in unbeknownst to the figure looking out the window?
Honestly, I can't for the life of me remember what it was. I deleted this save by accident so it's probably going to remain a mystery
Is this custom made in-game, or anywhere unique in F4?
