Preciate y’all the information and videos this is my first year doing OTR in a box truck I love it. I’m working for a company right now learning the game then I’m going solo.
I like box trucks and hot shots over semis because u get loaded and unloaded fast. In a semi, u could be sitting at your destination for 1-4 hours waiting to get unloaded. I see semi trucks on the side of the road a lot too. Y’all keep this up stand on the hammer!
Ahhh I love it. Country's been a very very close friend of mine since childhood;a real brother from another mother. He's always been willing to put the work into something he feels passionate about and I know he truly enjoys working for y'all. I think one of the biggest issues most people have with this type of business or really any business startup is research and commitment. Like you mentioned, people always looking for that get rich quick scheme which the majority of us know just doesn't exist but most people that fail don't put in enough research because they weren't truly committed from the start. You can make money shoveling dog shit but if you're not truly committed to doing it then lil Timmy gonna be raking in all the Dinero. Your husband seems like a real go getta and the kind of man who's gonna make things happen one way or another no matter what he's gotta do and that's the attitude that successful business owners have in common. Like Country said, you have to take the good with the bad with any type of work and if you're not always tending to your future operating from a solutions state of mind then you'll more than likely find yourself as part of the problem keeping your thoughts n ideas stuck in the past. Telling everyone to research and have a game plan still doesn't answer the most important question.If y'all want the best answer it's this .Do not enter unless you can get into a truck without a big monthly or if you can't get a good insurance rate period .2nd location location location.If you are in a bad spot get to a hot spot and forget going home.3rd is it a good time right now.Answer is yes and no.The market is trash but as the box truck couple explains it's very important to have built relationships and contacts.If you get in here with any issues above you will be decimated fast.This market is no good right now and if anyone tells you different they are on something .My biggest problem was buying my truck at the worst time .For some of you now it's the best time.Everythinh you hear and see is all about other people making money off you.Learn to figure out how to get paid without a factoring company.Boxvtruckbrecommendef RTS .Do not even think about working with them or any other company.They will give so many headaches it will turn your life to a complete nightmare.I do like your content and I'm glad you guys are doing well .Best of luck and stay safe !
