I suffer from endometriosis, and the pain causes me to throw up and pass out so I wouldn’t say they were being dramatic. In fact that’s one of the things women with Endometriosis often get called and it’s pretty sad to be called dramatic when your body is causing you so much pain.

i feel like period cramps would be more painful than this. these are tightening surface muscles. our cramps are a literal organ contracting and releasing. period cramps are deep not surface level

I think level 8 and above are endometriosis levels, whereas under that are normal variations in period for women in general. some women stay at level 4 and under, but most hop between 1 - 5, with 6 and 7 being the normal extremes on day 1 and day 2.
All I know is my cramps get bad enough that they won’t subside for hours and get so bad that I will nearly puke or faint and I can’t even walk from the pain…
i guarantee if they put it on the girls theyd be crying. ive done this with my mom who has had 3 kids and she made it about half way and i would put it on 80-100 percent for muscle therapy. great for healing injuries
