Luminex® 200™ Reverting the SDS to Bottles

Reverting to Sheath and Waste Bottles
1. Turn off the power for the Luminex® SDS.
2. Then, turn off the power for the Luminex Analyzer and XYP. Disconnect the tubings.
3. Unplug the CAN-Bus and power cord from the SDS and disconnect it from the Luminex Analyzer.
4. Remove the SDS.
5. Attach the sheath fluid and waste bottle containers using the connectors. Fill the bottle with Sheath. Do not overfill. Make sure that the caps are tightened.
6. Turn on the analyzer and run a Prime command in xPONENT®.
7. As the system is priming, check the sheath pressure tolerance.
8. You may need to regulate the sheath pressure if it’s too high or too low.
