For all of you hitting this video for a sumgsumg tab a, I got you. go to settings, clear app data, clear cache, DO NOT FORCE STOP APP, click on app, it will act like you didn't install it and give you a warning, click accept not cancel, click top right and click uninstall. give it a minute, it's not going to uninstall, then close it all, go to apps, then click and drag retail app to uninstall. yw.
