Can this spray dryer used in food processing like making powdered orange juice?

I don't see any air sucking out of the tube. Where is it? How can it pressure below 1 bar with no air outlet?

This ESDTi must be the quietest and most compact Laboratory Scale Spray Dryer on the market. It is quick and very efficient with high recovery rates and is easy to assemble and dismantle for cleaning. If I was in the market for a Laboratory Scale Spray Dryer I would look no further.

is it possible to spray dry coke?
I'm not sure if you are joking but it would be possible for sure, to answer it honestly. The question would then be why should you?
Typically this technique is used to make e.g. PLGA micro- and Nanospheres for injection. But you could dissolve it in the appropriate solvent along with a bio degradable polymer liKe PLGA. You would then obtain cocain-microspheres which would in theory release the drug over a long period. It would be rather seneseless though, since serum concentrations won't spike like when insufflated... Therefore the effects would be more shallow but long and you would build tolerance very quickly.
