There are heavy police present in the downtown area. Most of the people know the assignment, no drama, no police. True the 90s was an experience! What u saw on the video is a whole new generation they were born in the 2000s lol and Detroit has a Different reputation from the 90s police present is heavy and so is investment. Remember the 90s Detroit wasn't invested in like how it is now.
