I love this game because I can't see myself playing with it for hours and I honestly really enjoy games like that but on consoles. It's nice to have a game to pass the time if im bored or just want to play something for 15 - 45 minutes.
I have been having this problem lately. I really want a game I can do in about 30 minute sessions with a controller while I exercise. I do like big long games too, but games that can be really good and played easily in smaller bits are so nice!
Great review. This brings back memories of Dragon's Fury on the Genesis and Dragon's Crush on the TurboGrafx. They REALLY need to revisit Dragon's Fury on the current generation. That game was phenomenal.
AT LAST! A tiered/scrolling pinball with all the add-ons for PS4, in the spirit of Dragon's Fury/Revenge and Crueball on the Megadrive!! I'll be grabbing this today as a xmas present to self!!
Someone might have already pointed this out, but this game is very much a kind of spiritual successor to Devil's Crush, a 90s pinball game originally released on the PC Engine/TG-16 and ported to the Mega Drive/Genesis (renamed outside of Japan as Dragon's Fury). It's the 2nd entry in a series of 3 games. Like this game, it has 3 tiers on the table, is similarly themed, has subtables, and very much draws into the "video game" aspect of it, doing stuff that's not possible on real pinball tables, including having the moving enemies that acted as drop targets. It even had a similar demonic head in the very centre of the table that transformed as the game progressed. If you like Demon's Tilt, you should definitely go back and check out Devil's Crush/Dragon's Fury.
You really sound like a professional reviewer. I like the way you talk, and explaining the game. Good work👌🏻. (Im actually german and i dont speak english very well, if somethings wrong with the way i type, im sorry😅)
I believe this game might be related to Demon's Fury from the Sega Genesis/Megadrive era! (Even the soundtrack is close to what the Console's music sounds)
I really like this game so far. This pixel art graphic style is exactly what I want and the music is awesome too! My problem is that I don't have experience with pinball yet and this is why I play a bit random. I can't really aim for any objectives, i just hit the ball and hope I get points.
I am terrible at this game, but I still love it. I have worked up to steadily making it to bonus rooms and hitting some objectives. I know this is a challenge, one day we'll both get big scores and spell every word!
Never played the games that clearly inspired that one?? ? Alien Crush Devil's Crush You gonna love that. And those table have 3 tiers if I remember right
You may be interested in looking up videos of 'Pinball of the Dead' on the gameboy advance. Hasn't aged too well - especially when you compare it to something like this - but it was cool enough for what it was.
I just started playing this game. I am already addicted. Its an xbox gamepass game. Coming to switch on 12/23. I love how you can rotate the screen because my philips monitor turns to stand up. (Ok it actually turned in the wrong direction so i had to take the bracket off the back of the monitor and flip it upsidedown but now it works great)
Hellyea this drops on gamepass on Friday. Cant wait. Im the same way, anything with the occult, hell, demons and anything of the like and I'm in. Especially mixed with pinball!
@@Darksmiter This game is HEAVILY inspired by Devil's Crush / Dragon's Fury. The theme, graphics, gameplay (fighting enemies and the sub tables), even the main music track and the logo with an eyeball replacing one of the letters. If I were to be unkind, I would call it a total rip off, as it does not do a single thing that Devil's Crush (or its sequel, Dragon's Revenge) did not already do decades ago. However, I haven't stopped playing this game for days. They did an excellent job. It's just not very original or new.
@@Chemical_Ali I guess sometimes if you just really nail the good parts of a game and you get the thing you've enjoyed a lot in the past all over again with a slightly different coat of paint you can still have a great time!
Hey can you tell me if there are more tables? There is just one main one but little aesthetics changes like masked Lion on top I came across that skeleton boss but he rekt me So are there more totally new tables or just that?
Hey, I’ve started making videos dedicated to pinball games that are not trying to emulate real tables. I’m working on a video for this game. You should check out ‘rollers of the realm’ on steam. It’s very unique pinball game. I have a video of it if you are curious.
It's too bad they didn't also copy the table setup of the Crush series. I can't stand the erratic nature of the constant shaky scrolling up and down. $20 is too much for a pinball game these days.
You’ll have to keep your eyes out for the sequel coming out later this year, Xenotilt. Same developer and looks just as good as this one!
Demons Tilt is a masterpiece and a fine homage to the classic Turbo Grafx games. I love it.

Watched it. Bought it. I love Pinball and loved my Megadrive. No brainer.

In the spirit of Alien Crush, Devil's Crush (aka Dragon's Fury on a Sega). What really makes this special is the arrival on PC.
I never had the opportunity to play either. but i'll take this with Devil's Crush music.
I loved those games

Really enjoyed the video and you almost immediately sold me on this game. Keep up the good work.

They rocking that gens driver

Alien Crush
Devil's Crush

Crue Ball on the Sega Genesis has 3 tiers. demons tilt reminds me alot of Crue Ball. and castlevania SOTN. I love this game.

Oh that's amazing, I didn't know that. I'm glad to hear games like this are also ending up there. Hope you enjoy it!
@@Darksmiter i am! Great game and like you said it's a video game pinball not just a remake of a table. Super fast pace and fun
Like a true sequel to Devil's Crush. Unlike Dragons Revenge, you had one job Tengen!
Kind of why I loved Pinbot on NES when I was a kid. Excited to check this one out when it drops on Xbox Game Pass.
Pinbot? I never played, I'll have to look at that. But yes, be excited about this game! It is so very good!
good video brudda
Kirby's Pinball has 3 tiers just like in DT. It's honestly not that bad especially for a gameboy game. You should check it out.
So, it's like a modern version of Devil's Crush?
I am not familiar with that? I guess I need to go check it out right now!

RandomStuff it’s meant to be a spiritual successor.
The sequel is coming soon.
There is a skill shot but perhaps it wasn't introduced until after this video was made
Great video. Gonna give this game a try on Xbox Game Pass. Keep up the good work!
hell yes! Glad to hear people enjoying the game, and my videos. I have to get another one out here soon!

So are there more totally new tables or just that?
There is just the one table really. There are three subtables that you can gain access to while playing, but it all starts from the same base table.
@@Darksmiter Thanks for clarification
@@gizelbelcoot no problem, happy to help
You mentioned you liked 3 tiered pinball games. Devils crush, probably the inspiration for this game, is the closest to that I think
You said that you were bad at 102m. And now I feel like shit because my high score is 30m
Reminds me of the old classic sonic pinball
No it doesn't

If you like pinball, try out Rock N Ball for NES. Very unique pinball game
15.00... lol. i would have paid 60.00 for it. remember when a cartridge or cd was 49.99-59.99 new?
There is a skill shot :)

Thank you, I will for sure look at your videos, I love pinball and I can't get enough!
Is this a sequel to Devil's Crush?
Devil's Crush OST is way better!
I will have to investigate, sounds like a game I need to be playing!
