All the social media shows them practicing difficult shots from the boundary. My idea is boring, I know, but can they show players kicking from directly in front from 40m?
The half backs need to be onto that. If Dixon marks 25 out straight in front, where is Farrell or Houston to take the handball? You can blame the forwards all you like but the half backs need to be more aware.

What does Evans have to do to get a game? It'd be nice for him to be given a run of more than 1-2 games before getting dropped. Get Jed out of the team, his pressure means absolutely nothing until he can kick goals. Perfect example of a pressure forward who kicks goals too is McCreery.

Might not have Rozee, how ever, last year the boys took it up to the cats with injuries, no dixon or jezza and having a young Visentini as ruck. Also Lordy was still getting confidence too. Cats had, i dare say, there full side bar Hawkins really. Unfortunate the mids ran out of steam in the last after pushing hard.
Where as, the game earlier at home, port flogged the cats. Both had full strength squads. Even with Lycett on his way out.
Gives Mead a crack in the guts more too. Hopefully, they bring Evans in and Lord. Probably rest Georgiades as Todd normally does alright at cattery. Port will have Aliir back too so hopefully those 3 gel. Time will tell.
Fingers crossed the boys show up and they get the win. They DEFINITELY have the team/group of players that CAN get the flag this year.
When the going gets tough, Port goes missing. This will be embarrassing.
I’m happy lachie jones is out, he’s been horrible. Marshall another player who has been poor, Jed is another player who is no scoring threat. Hopefully Evans and Finlayson come into the side.
I’m Port born and bred, but we are no premiership contender this year. I say port keep blooding the young player like Sinn, Scully and Lord. Focus on development and maybe in two years time our midfield is physically stronger and we can maybe start thinking finals.

As a port supporter I’ve given up because Ken and co have made me hate our club and I never thought I would ever say that but I have nothing left no hope I just don’t care anymore
