Feat 1: Sonic “outruns” a black whole.
So, here’s a classic, in the game Sonic Colors, Sonic defeated the final boss, and the Hyper-Go-On Energy it was harnessing was comprised untill it created a black whole, that sucked Eggman’s entire amusement park. So, Sonic would need to outrun the black hole, and he didn’t used boost.
To calculate how fast Sonic was and his peak speed at the moment we will need calculate the black hole’s scape velocity (or terminal velocity), and by the way, the formula is:
Where M represents mass, R represents radius and G is the gravitational constant. It is equal to G=6.674 × 10-11 N·m²/kg². So, basically all we need to do is find the mass of the black hole, determine the radius of it and apply the formula to find the result.
But black holes aren’t that simple, they don’t have a normal planet or star level, because they are not just that, they are superdense bodies with extreme gravity. A black hole the size of the Earth will not have the mass and density of the Earth, it will have more.
So, I will use our Sun to participate. To create a Sun Black Hole, you would need to comprise the Sun unitill it reaches a point smaller than the shwartzchild radius. 1.3 to 3 km radius for the Sun should be sufficient to calculate this, So I’m going to use low and high end.
Low end: Relativistic+
Mass of the sun = 1.989×10^30 kg. New radius = 3km. Applying this on the equation we get a Escape Velocity of 1070945484 km/h, or 0.9923c. (I guess this one is better).
High end: FTL+
Mass of the black hole = 1.989×10^30 kg. New radius = 1.3km. Applying this on the Equation we get a Escape Velocity of 74972067988km/h, or 69.47c.
Feat 2: Unleashed SPD Feat
In Sonic Unleashed, Sonic had the ability to do the light speed dash, and it’s speed measured on the speedometer checkpoint, clocking at 390 SPD. But, Sonic’s maximum speed in the game is 3519 SPD. To find out Sonic’s speed, we just need to divide 3519/390.
3519/390= 9.02307692308
Sonic (with boost) can at speed up to 9c.
Feat 3: Sonic brings time and space back to life
In Sonic Generations, Sonic is able to restore time and space itselft just by running. And when both Sonic’s restore the green hill zones of their timelines, one (or two) characters from the Sonic verse come back to life.
Now, to calculate Sonic’s speed, we need to know the kinetic energy to destroy an island, so we can reverse it, and add to Sonic’s speed. we don’t know how much Green Hill Zone (or other zones) sizes, but I can almost affirm One Zone = One Island (Big or small, you choose). And we will also need the formula of velocity, given kinetic energy and mass: v=√KE/(1/2)m. Where v=velocity, KE= kinetic energy and m=mass
I will display the kinetic energy down here. Sonic’s mass= 35 kg.
Island: 1.79912x10^19 Joules to 4.184x10^20 Joules
Large Island: 4.184x10^20 Joules to 4.184x10^21 Joules
Island:
Low end: √1.79912x10^19/(1/2)35= 1013937163.4517 m/s = 3.382c.
High end: √4.184x10^20/(1/2)35= 4889639192.0643 m/s = 16.31c (I believe this one is fair).
Large Island: At most √4.184x10^21/(1/2)35= 15462396783.349 m/s = 51.58c

Apparently in the Sonic Forces Map, he would actually need to restore a continent. The kinetic energy to destroy a continent varies from 3.17984x10^24 Joules to 1.855604x10^25 Joules.
Low End: 3.17984x10^24/(1/2)35kg= 426268862171.68m/s = 1,421.879873 c
High End: 1.855604x10^25/(1/2)35kg= 1029730616645.5 m/s = 3,434.811614 c
Feat 4: Super Sonic defeats the Time Eater and restore his universe.
In the end of Sonic Generations, Sonic goes super sayan and defeats the Time Eater, and then he restores his universe. The kinetic energy to destroy an universe is 2.825x10^92 to any higher finite number, so it’s only capable of calculating the low end. I’l calculate the same way I calculated on feat 3.
Sonic’s mass= 35kg
√2.825x10^92/(1/2)35= 4.0178174601215x10^45 m/s = 13,401,996,457,567,655,020,861,131,870,101,948,996c. That’s over 13 undecillion x FTL!
Feat 5: Sonic Time Travels
In Sonic CD, Sonic can time travel to the future 10 years or to the past 10 years earlier.
This one is hard to calculate, it’s not simple like converting Joules to Velocity, or calculating the Escape Velocity, we need to use Time Dilation. The formula for time dilation:
Δt' is the time that has passed as measured by the traveling observer, Δt is the time that has passed as measured by a stationary observer, v is the speed of the traveling observer, c is the speed of light.
The problem of this equation is: You can’t exceed the speed of light, so it’ll be a lot of assumptions on this feat.
First of all, the information we have:
It takes 4 seconds for Sonic to travel 10 years in the Past/Future
And we also need to alterate the equation to make it give the result in v. Which is v=c√(1-∆t²/∆t’²).
Now we just apply everthing on the equation: (3x10^8)√(1-(315576000^2)/4^2))=2.36682x10^16 i. And now that we get to the problem: The Square root gave a imaginary number (That’s why the “i” is there).
And now, the assumption part: ignore the i. 3x10^8=c in m/s. The final answer is 2.36682x10^16. So we just need to divide them to get the final result.
2.36682x10^16/3x10^8=78894000c. That’s over 78 million x FTL!
Feat 6: Metal Sonic also gotta go fast
The feat was achieved on Sonic 4: Episode Metal, where Metal Sonic travelled interplantary distance. This feat was made by him but it should scale to Sonic.
Metal Sonic went from the Little Planet to Earth in 13,47 seconds, and now we only need the distance to calculate. The distance is on this Eggman Panel, is 6455243472 something, so I’m going to calculate using low, mid, and high end.
Meters:
Speed = Distance/Time Speed = 6455243472 m/13,47 s.
Speed= 479231141,20267260579064587973274 m/s
Speed of Light = 299792458 m/s
Metal Sonic's Speed = 1,5985430200604733218160073917962c, or about 1.6c.

Speed = 6455243472 km/13,47 s.
Speed = 479231141,20267260579064587973274 km/s
Speed of Light = About 299792,458 km/s
Metal Sonic's Speed = 1598,5430200604733218160073917962c, or about 1600c.

One mile per second equals 3600 miles per hour, meaning ...
1 mile / second = 3600 mph. 479231141,20267260579064587973274 mi / s = x X = 1.7252321 x10^12 mph. The speed of light equals 6.706166x10^8 mph and dividing the values we find that the speed of Metal Sonic is 2572.60571838 times the speed of light.
