That Corvair Wagon is a hidden gem, looks like it has the Monza dashboard and a manual transmission (much better than the power glide)
It was very cool for sure Mainsail!
What a pleasure to start the day, after the NFL highlights, YOUR wonderful (no background noise while you speak) show!

Gotta love that Marlin!
It was nice!
@ I can’t tell how nice it was, and I’m assuming a 390. I just love a Marlin. They are very rare. I love the two-tone paint scheme. Straight up ahead of it’s time.
Another great night Solon . Happy New Year to you. May this next year be full of blessings and good health. 👍😎✌️
Same to you and yours Kevin! Happy New Year!
Looks like is gonna be a good one tonight! Thanks in advance Solon!
Appreciate you watching tonight Joe!
My first pick would be the Olds LS swap. Doesn’t need too much work, decent price. After that is the Marlin, needs some updates, but still pretty original. And like someone else mentioned , the Corvair is a really overlooked gem. And all of these cars are from Cali, so rust shouldn’t be a problem.
Great assessment Ed! Thanks for watching!
Happy New Year Solon
Blythe is a hot place in California, and Arizona is also a hot dry climate for that International. No rust from there. 55
Those cars from those places are solid!
Hello Solon! Another nice video ❤ and it’s the IH D1000 my fav this week!
55
That is a very cool truck!
my pick is the 56 olds, great start for a sleeper car.
Good pick Tim!
Feed that algorithm!!! Get in all you can before 2024 is over! FEED IT!!!

That Marlin is sweet. 55
Got all three trivia right for the second week in a row.
Nice going Don! I appreciate you always watching brother!
Sweet Olds with an LS3 engine. Probably my fave. 26:51 Price is a bit high without a good transmission tho imo. 55
I agree Mary!
I love that 51 Ambassador.
It was nice!
“55” The Packard is my pick this time around but I like the Olds too.
Both great picks Soz!
#1 1958, #2 3 colors, #3 1953
Valiant convertible/Edsel/Marlin. Such nice rides.
Those were sweeeeeet!
I like that 65 international truck however , Yeah that 40 packard is a nice one !
Both of those would be sweet to own!
'48 Coupe my fav.
Love those coupes!
Good morning solon,a very very happy new year to you and your family.😊🎉🎉🎉
Like the 62 covair and 63 thunderbird
Both great picks David!
Some beautiful "diamonds in the rough" there Solon. I particularly like the Nash; that's a particularly fine example (to my eyes at least!). Love the paint on the Barracuda; gorgeous! Nice lines on that Packard you picked!
That 63 valiant is purty cool. "55"
I agree Dan!
How u doing solon I'm with u buddy
Thanks Joseph!
Have a great new year Solon. I like 2 red cars you showed in the video. The Packard coupe and the Oldsmobile.Well I finally got all the questions correct. Side note; y brothers and I had a big collction of slot cars that we hsd alot of fun racing. Thanks for the old ads.
hey solon time to change ur yankees hat ! lol why not a braves one? seriously thanks for the vids us car lovers dream about!
LOL! It's hard being a Yankees fan in the south! I love all the old school players like Mantle, Yogi and Thurman Munsen! Those were the ones I grew up with!
One color only white with black top with red interior
Correct!
Cool 55
Your pick is great and I think the price was good. Also love the Nash… don’t see many around.
Great show !
48 Ford and the Marlin. Another great show
Happy New Year, Solon!
55 was a VERY good year!
Hello salon Happy New Year to everyone. I remember my 58th Thunderbird I really like the car but it Nickel and dimed me I also had a 40 Packer 120, which is also a beautiful car but once again every time I drove it when I parked it I would always have to do something not major but fittle with the motor. I had my 38 Chevy coupe at the same time which never gave me a lick of trouble so I use that as my daily driver. That 48 Ford that you featured is my favorite. I have never owned a 48 Ford but have always wanted one. I wish each and every one of you most happiest of New Year's and keep buying those collectibles it is a joy that cannot be measured. Salon I finally got all three trivia questions correct, usually it's two of the questions correct, I may have gotten three before but as my memory fades I cannot recall if I did or not. Darn I wish I had that 38 back
Sorry Solon you can’t be with us on this episode. I think it’s going to be a good one
I made it back in time Ron! Yeah!
Two outta three will have to do !
That 1962 Corvair station wagon is nice ."55" Happy New Year.
2 colors.
It’s still hard to see an old mopar without a Hemi as anything other than ugly (I can say that I owned several), the Hay bailer truck should have been made by Dodge too. Your pick is impeccable with those sleek body lines; I miss the making of desirable cars. 1962 Corvair wagon is a previously not seen model. The 56 Olds; LS swapped (anything with a LS swap has my attention! The 27 firetruck 12:25 brings the it came from the internet segment like a storm. Those 60s T-birds are always attractive. The little yellow Barracuda was a sharp addition. The 48 Ford coupe was also a great contender but I’d have to say the little yellow Barracuda was my favorite of the show. Great selections Solon!
"55", keep up the good work!
Great videos!! 55
The red Thunderbird, is a Great Buy, The 68 Barracuda is a Nice Car, But can't believe It came with a 225 6 cylinder, 267 or 340 Should be stock for that car, What a shame, 68 69 the only 2 years I like other than the 70 Cuda, Well Happy new Year Solon Hope all is well God Bless
1960
Got all 3 Solon!

The T Bird and the Packard.
Agreed with your Packard pick, just wondering why they left that horse blanket draped over the hood... is it hiding something ? That Valiant convertible is sweet, and it's a Chrysler (not Plymouth) version with Chrysler styling cues, I wonder if it's an import, maybe from Argentina, Mexico, or Europe ? Australia produced a 'Chrysler' Valiant as well, but this one does feature left-hand drive.
For reasons unknown we like the nash😮
The NASH with sleeper seats! Ive never seen one in person. 55
And it came with the Nash mattress! LOL!
"55"
56 Olds looked good
I get emails from I See Cars where cars from many sources can be seen. I just got an email about a nice looking driver quality 57 Tbird for $21K. I like the Buick and it needs some serious work but the running and driving 57 Tbird wins in my book.
It was 1959

One color only for the Vette’
the Packard is the winner.
The yellow Cuda does not have original rack and pinion it has a steering box and does not have struts, it has shocks.
Vette, 3 colors
Hope you have 1,000,000 subscribers by 2026 !
1958 t bird, two colors, 1952
One.
2 colors
Can anyone give me a quick education on the Nash? I've always wondered how they prevented the front tires from rubbing the fenders in a turn? They look so close it seems there isn't enough room for them to turn properly. Did they turn really wide? Did they rub? What's the story there?
They call them the bathtub on wheels. The turning radius is terrible. They won't rub unless a wider than recommended width tire is used.
Love the T Bird
