Ik I’m a little late but, if you have an iPhone, you can set a timer on your phone for however long you want and if you scroll all the way done on the sound effects that play when the timer goes off, there should be a button that says stop playing. So you put the time in however long you think you will need and then click stop playing and it will turn off your phone when the timer ends. I hope this helped
