I think that rope had a really good look with just the spray priming, the way it kind of sucked in the paint unevenly combined with how dark it was had a really good look for thatch that's starting to rot.
@@summonlessermaker ya it was, maybe more of a grey or a grayish tan than a yellowish one would work really well with that mottled dark brown undercoat. Also the wallpaper print for curtains looked amazing.
Nice. Thatching the roof might have been easier/faster, and more even, by unraveling the rope into a couple smaller strands. That way, you could glue the ends of multiple strands down, before cutting through them all. Maybe chopping off a few inches of rope first and then unraveling, so you're not fighting the entire length of rope.
OOOoooOoo I was using both ends of the rope when one cooled off I cut it off and started on the next one. I did have to hold it on really well because it would just fall off. And I could only 2 at once. But you're right if I cut them into shorter strands instead of the whole rope that would have worked faster probably. Try it let me know how it works for ya! 👍

In Mordheim there's a merchant to can sell your stuff and get upgrades from. So I was thinking this guy buys eyestone off of the warbands in exchange for weapons and stuff.
That was really impressive. Rope: nice idea. Adding a dirty ripped of curtain: genius.
Thanks so much!!!!
THATCHED ROOF COTTA… CARTS!!! That looks so awesome! And the stick is just perfect!!! Love it!!! ❤️❤️❤️
🤣 gotta post that stick to stick nation 🤣
Thanks so much 👍
Beautiful wagon, has so much personality
Thanks so much!
Love the vibe of the wagon. Great job!
Thanks!
Not seen that method for thatching before. It works really well.
It was pretty fast too 👍
That thatched roof technique seems like an absolute chore.
It went faster than I expected. This roof was small I think I'd die if I did a building 🤣
@@summonlessermaker true. But it looks good.
@@reddogterrain thanks 🤣

@@summonlessermaker you are welcome ☺️
The fact you "just happened to have that stick" for the roof line makes me wonder how many sticks you "just have"
.... A regular amount ... 😬
Awesome work. Awesome idea. I have rope laying around and didnt think of this for roof material.

Great build as always!
Thank you!!!
Nice work on this wagon! The thatched roof is a really interesting process. This looks really good sitting on your terrain.
Thank you very much!
Everyone here is going on about the roof of the wagon so I guess I'll add to the echo chamber lol 😂 The wagon turned out great, especially the roof!
Thanks man! It was definitely a "fingers crossed hopefully this looks cool" moment 🤣
Canadian White Dwarf supplement, hell yea

Video so nice I watched it twice!
I'll take that as a win! 👍
I want to ride on the pig wagon. 🐖 What a nice build
Every millennial's dream home 🤣
Another awesome video. That is pretty cool. I haven’t built a vehicle yet aside from a Sci-fi shuttle that I am still working on.
It's always fun to build something different!

Great looking wagon! I'm a bit stuck hobby-wise right now. Maybe this could be an easy enough build to get me going again.
It's a pretty fun build! you can take it a ton of directions 👍
Nice work
Thanks!
I love how 'wonky' looking the wagon is! What do you think is sold out of that wagon? Potions, or magical items? Badger burgers???
