- Most hamsters like free roaming. My cute hamster Miso has been living in the cage for 6 months now, what will happen if I let her free roam and explore interesting areas in the house?
Free-roaming/Free-ranging is good for your hamsters' physical and mental health if they enjoy their playtime. Please keep a close eye on them all the time to avoid any risks.

Unfortunately, my hamster died on Wednesday of a tumor and is buried in our garden, please take care whoever you fetch a hamster. For us it was torture and I will not fetch a hamster anymore because it is still difficult for me to see what happened just tormented he wanted to go living but the tumor attacked his Organs and could no longer see pus coming out of his eyes. He was only one year old and didn't even celebrate his birthday, but he had a great life even if it is difficult he will always stay with us in our hearts. But he looked like mis Miso and his name was Lloyd. RIP LLOYD😭😭😥😓

I have 2 male hamsters. Buggy & PeaTree. I let them run free in my room with the door closed sometimes at night. They love it of course ! When I put them down I say : " be free ! Reek havoc ! Reeeekkk havccooccc !! " Lol they get so excited especially if I start playing Pac-Man cuz they like the theme music as they run n skip around rubbing their scent everywhere hahaa I love them

I’ve only had hamsters as a child, but once mine got out of her tank and she went into my walls. I was able to find her over a week later. I cried thinking about her just now I miss her :/

My hamster free roams nearly the whole night. I have made a tunnel from her enclosure to the floor of my room. So if she gets tired she goes to her enclosure by herself.

Who would leave a dislike on this cute little hamster? I think whoever did is really heartless.
People who's real heartless are have a pet snakes bc they feed them live rats and bunnies every week sometimes twice a week and they feed them wrong foods like apple slice with seeds bc they don't care and if I comment something very angry they will trashtalk me with words "Circle of life" or life cycle but the true life cycle is the prey should have a chance to escape and I believe they are super wrong!

My hamster is always way too scared and hides in a dark spot -_-
I’ve been observing a lot that his body shape would turn flat when he free roamed. Usually, he would be all curled up into a ball. I found this very odd and strange, so I searched it up. Apparently, if your hamster is flat, they are insecure about the environment around them. There is nothing for them to hide under or inside.
My hamster does that too. I think he’s trying to smell the new environment

Used to let my hamster out but he made a nest with the carpet. He once climbed up on the bed while I was sleeping and went to my hand. Lucky I was light sleeping and felt him. He's now over 3 years old. Long hair siryan hamster. He sleeps more than moves now. Still likes getting pet.
