This is the most positive actionable, practical message yet comming from a negative polarity service to self entity. Even it's energy doesn't feel negative. This has answered so many questions i had of late. So this is a game even the shadow aspects are versions of us here to help us learn. It seems we have to find joy even in the tough situations - it's all beneficial in one way or another. So is this why the higher self, spirit guides don't intervene directly to stop what we see as bad situation ? I think the cheat sheet is to go inwards, look at our free will violation objectively, heal our traumas and shadows, and remove/reprogram as much of the ego as we can stomach. In this way we can move more into our higher selves, and closer to Ascension, in this lifetime.

I think the the entity in the Mushrooms channeling also described their consciousness as existing in the 4th realm sort of as music. This was so weird and not what anyone probably expected lol!
