E-CVT. planetary gears, NOT a conventional CVT with belts & cones. At least he mentioned the ‘transaxle’ which is Toyotas power split device. It is this setup that gives the class leading fuel economy and allows the system to merge petrol & electric power sources. You can’t do that as well with a Dual Clutch which was suggested as an improvement by Jonathan
I wish Suzuki stuck a more Suzuki-like face to this car to at least make it more Suzuki looking. But I guess it’s ok. Great review!

A vehicle that has a hybrid setup is certainly not my bag!! I currently drive a fully electric car, a Renault Zoe, with which I’m very pleased. I DO NOT want to have anything to do with liquid powered vehicles!!

Well, I’m sure you’re thankful the power plants use the fossil fuels for you so you can have their electricity for your EV.😁
How are you with liquid gas powered and coal fired power stations though? As that’s where all the electricity is coming from.
