Easy Breakfast Tacos recipe | Griddle Recipes

This is a easy breakfast tacos recipe that will make everyone happy! The great thing about the blackstone griddle is you can make a lot of food in a little time. This fed 4 adults and 1 kid with a little left over. The crispy bacon to the fried veggies on these were all amazing, and then topped off with the chili garlic sauce just took it over the top. Tortillas, I used flour
2/3 lb spicy breakfast sausage
1 lb thick cut bacon
2/3 bag of seasoned hash browns, my daughter ate the rest
Half of 1 white onion
1 red pepper
2 jalapeños
12 eggs scrambled
Cheese optional

One of my favorite things to cook on the Blackstone would be breakfast! Up until recently I added milk to my scrambled eggs and have always heard water does the same thing. I’m trying the next few breakfast cooks out without using anything to see if I get the same results. I’ve done two breakfast cooks so far and have not been disappointed in leaving out the liquids for the eggs. Great looking tacos for sure! 🔥🔥🔥👊🏻🍻
