Could someone Point out if there is a way to set the throttle to the N1 Flex? Either TOGA and MAX POWER detents don't pick up the N1 FLEX but go beyond instead.

how to calculate the speeds, V1, VR1 V2 etc ??... same times the aerosoft tablet do not give me the speeds.

in that case you need to refer to the performance charts provided in the Aerosoft CRJ documentations then entering the Vspeeds manually.
