10000% true....since 2months I am searching for rent home in Manikonda.The rents were increased to high. I was paying 15K initially now it's increased to 22K to 25K that to in Normal Apartments. In gated it's 30K. In Highrise apartments it's 40K to upto 1LK. Manikonda,Puppalaguda, AlkapuriColony,Narsingi,OU Colony,Panchavati Colony No houses were found. No tolet boards.

During corona houses were vacant for two years and paid maintenance, electricity and taxes . Then tenants asked fir 50% previous rent. No remission in EMI and interest on HBA. If u come to Dilsukhnagar I will get u 2 BHK for 11k -12K

@@nagurudas730 End to end MMTs 60 kms to 90 kms fare is only -15 rs. Metro end to end is Rs 60. Both are comfortable journey s. And Time saving only. Only in few lines rush will be there. Every body wants live in KPHB, miapur after getting down at Secunderabad station. Fortunately few outstation trains are starting from Lingampalli. You don't see passenger s in Airport buses. I usemy car, auto,cab, metro, citybuses as per my convenience. My intention is why everyone wants to live in Manikonda and etc, prefer comfortable ,low cost areas. People come from warrangal, vikarabad,zaheerabad, Ap Amaravati for their daily activities. Mine is suggestion NOT criticism.Thankyou.
