I've been following you for the longest time and I must say, upon all the books read, videos and documentaries watched about self growth, you made the most big impact on my life! Your channel is so complete, you cover everything possible to become a high caliber person and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! the voice of my consciousness has your voice :D some of your mantras became mine too and they help me so much going through my goals, driving the bus of my life straight ahead! :) I eliminated excuses a long time ago and now everything " I don't feel like to" is just something to get done and to reach my goal, without questioning it. I do my workout as regularly as I brush my theeth and go to work and I am proudly to the point where I don't need to set goals for my fitness anymore because I just have to maintain what I do, and it is so liberating! Many people see discipline as a cage, while instead it frees up so much time and so much headspace and energy! I would have never understood it without your guide and I am so thankful to you to keep your social platforms so active and full of amazing content. I wish I could have discovered you when I was 15, but at the double of the age, I can still say that I am so proud of the woman I becam, and major thanks goes to you! God bless you always!

Thanks for the pep talk! I can't agree more with your advice on planning ahead. At the moment of action, it's too easy for me to have excuses. By planning ahead, I don't have to make the decision when I'm not feeling motivated. I know what I planned, and barring any major catastrophe, I'm going to stick with the plan. Just like you've suggested, I've found that first thing in the morning works best for me for exercising. There's no time for other things to come up and derail my schedule. (No meetings or other expectations at 6AM!) The other thing that helps me is tracking what I do (exercises & other things). I want to look back at the end of the month and see the boxes checked off, so that gives me motivation, too.
Hi Tracy! Was listening to your stories this morning and had a question about my 6 year old daughter. Lately since starting back to school, her energy seems really off. She does not have that “light” about her and is always playing victim. Nothing is her “fault.” She told me this morning that nothing really excites her And everything is sad. As a mom, it breaks my heart to see. I’m trying to teach her accountability and practicing gratitude every day. Just wanted to throw this topic out there and maybe get some of your beautiful insight on how much responsibility I should be taking for my children’s energy and how they show up. How much is personality vs. just being a typical 6 year old. Always trying to encourage without coming off as nagging. Didn’t know if this is something you could address publicly or if it would require coaching. Can’t thank you enough for all you do. You have truly changed my life.
Lol...watching from the treadmill!! I look forward to tomorrow’s class. Weekends are still weak days, I really need to “schedule” weekends as I do for weekdays, I’m just being lazy about it!
Hi Leigh! Weekends are a weak spot for me, too. Focus, focus, focus. I never regret when I CHOOSE to stick to whatever I set out to do on the weekend. But often, I save my celebratory/cheat meal for the weekend.
Hi Tracy , I believe I probably made excuses in your last video , I’m sure I did , but you know sometime it’s really is hard to have a 10 hr per day office job as opposed to being able to stay home and have more time . Anyways , no matter what I am not letting that get in my way any longer , I will do what I can around my schedule , because my weight / health is very important and I need to stay on track . Your right about getting it done first thing in the morning , either that or I will walk my whole lunch break , I will make it work . Thank you 😊.
Hi Stacy! I am not sure, as I don't recall the names of those that shared the excuses. I understand the 10 hour work day, as many do. Some will see it as a 'reason', and others will never bat a lash at it, and get the job done - often at 4 a.m. lol. It's really about the lenses we look through. Yes, there are women who don't work, but jumping into their box and thinking they have it better, easier, etc. will never serve you. Don't let that be your reason! Keep up the attitude of 'not letting that get in my way any longer'.
@@TracyHensel I understand completely and I don’t think anyone has it better then me by any means , only maybe more time . Some people have less time then me . Not everyone has the same mindset and it takes time to work on it . Which I am doing that now as I realize you have to take extra steps when getting older . 🤗❤️😃

Hi Melissa! Yes, I will be sharing my Skincare Routine, but it may not be until the new year with Christmas content coming. I am currently not on a 'special' diet. I am scaling back and having results that align with my efforts. Once I get back to my concrete plan, I will get very tight and lean. I am gradually working into that - sometime next week. I am back into my weight window, but will want to get to the low end going into November. The Pumpkin cake is amazing! Tomorrow is a celebratory meal - a BIG one!
Either method has the potential to generate results. It's not the method, it's the person that dictates the results. They either do it and make no excuses, or they don't do it and resort to excuses.

No, not anymore with kids being grown and out of the home. I only schedule my cleaning lady and I shared all that information in a recent Q & A Video. There is a system and it is explained in that video. Check it out!
