As an Edmontonian, this episode was extra special! I was born in HK and grew up in Edmonton. Growing up I’ve heard stories of my uncles training at Frank Lee’s. I also remember sighting Billy Chow around town. Listening to LMF was my way of connecting to HK during high school. And later started listening to 24 Herbs during university. I’ve started watching and rewatching 24/7 episodes for the last year and a half. So much love and respect for the 24 crew and their guests!
