I haven't done many of these things. Only the one where I ask what measure we're on. But I've done something super embarrassing. We were in Jazz Band and my friends reed got chipped and he didn't have anymore. See, he plays Tenor Sax, I play Alto Sax. So I tried to give him one of my reeds, and my band teacher started laughing at me. But it was funny, I was crying laughing at how dumb I am.
I'm in highschool band and our band director tells us every year about the 6th graders who constantly think their instruments are broken Also the mini trombones, when their slides come off and their face is just terrified.

I hated middle school band I still do in a way, I'm in 9th grade at the moment and can't wait to go to high school just to get rid of a couple kids in band. I'm a flute player (in marching band)
Love it! One tip from a trumpet player though, the valve you pointed to that you had “forgotten at home” is the first valve not the third. Just saying, though! It’s still a great vid and so true!

I say none of this stuff. Our teacher makes us make sure that we know what measure we are on. And if we leave anything at home we have to right in front his book. 5 times then your removed from the band..
