- This is my first time making a video like this hahaha
Today, I prepared something called Solar Night.
It was taken one day before the music video was filmed.
I dyed my hair that day and had a long day. I turned on the camera the moment I got home and recorded the process of the long night.
When you have important things the next day or when you have to wake up very early, you tend to not sleep well right (?)
I think I didn't sleep well either ^^
I think I was very tired haha
Since it was one day before, I had to manage my condition and prepare everything well so it could be presented well. I guess I had a pretty busy night doing this and that.
It's only once in a lifetime thing, so I've put more attention towards it.
Even though the camera turned off, I actually woke up halfway :(
Maybe it's because I didn't sleep well... I opened my eyes and stared into space for an hour or two before falling asleep again :( I think I don't sleep well on days like this...

Solar's struggles to sleep is hilarious yet a little sad at the same time, and very much relatable. She's mentioned she loves listening to white noise to sleep and it's really true lmao. She must've had a lot in her mind for the music video so it was hard to sleep. Solar you did so well, SO PROUD of you

@@shampaugs6409 She probably doesn't have night vision camera and had to leave bright light on for the purpose of the video lol I highly doubt she actually sleeps with that bright ass light on
I know how frustrating this kind of sleeplessness is. The kind of sleep where you try to squeeze sleep into a short timeframe is the hardest. It feels like the pressure of not falling asleep and making good use of your time stand between you and sleep. Even though it is a part of Solar-nim's job, I really hope there is more time for her to get carefree sleep.
Her energy shows how much tired she is preparing for the comeback. Congratulations Solar on your comback, stay healthy and strong always.

Lol Solar is like me when I try to sleep🤣😂telling myself to "pls fall asleep". Funny thing is when I'm not in my bed, I fall asleep withoutven knowing😅. This video was so cute. Solar-nim, I don't know if you're already doing this or this will work for you, but I tried it before and it helped a lot. Before, because of my work schedule, I couldn't get enough sun exposure. I set 15 minutes aside to stand out in the sunlight and it helped me sleep better. Hopefully this was just a special circumstance because of your phenomenal mini-album release.

For yongwangnim read this. What we could learn from hwasa sales case in Nov 21. We can't depend solar sales number to moomoo. Solar always be the last member to drop a new album. She always be the last so we need another 2 years for this to happen. It's for us to flex our money in this album. Collect all the 20 inclusion photocards all the 8 postcards. It's her 1st mini album.

This is a unique concept for a video. I enjoyed it, thank you Solar. I have wondered what it's like for performers trying to sleep the night before their big schedule. I hope someday soon after your Album promotions you can make some content with Wheein and Moonbyul now that they both have RUclips channels and are very active on them. I would love to see Moonbyul take you camping and you both vlog it.

I really relate to Solar’s trouble sleeping before a big day! I would imagine that the night before a MV shoot would already be quite busy and worrisome for her but she still planned and filmed this for us. It's sad to see that she didn't get much sleep before a long and important day

I can totally relate to Solar. There are times I sleep with the light on, other nights in complete darkness, with audio or complete silence. Either way it still hard for me to get some shut eye. Wanting to sleep but can't is the hardest struggle.
