🌸What is a Spoonie?
Someone with a chronic condition. Spoons are how we explain the amount of energy it takes to accomplish any (even simple) tasks.
🌸What is a Zebra?
Someone with a rare or undiagnosed condition (or both in my case). Th term comes from in medical school they tell students “When you hear hoofbeats, don't look for zebras" Meaning look for the obvious conclusion. Zebras are exceptions to the rule and constantly Undiagnosed or misdiagnosed because no one thinks to look for the rare conditions.

It would be a bit easier if you used your pinky along with your thumb on your left hand to tension the working yarn that is actually how Kayla does it. She is incredible and never ceases to amaze me I was having so much trouble when trying to learn to crochet and was ready to say “this is impossible” and just give up but then I found Kayla’s channel just when she was starting to crochet herself and it was like she was flying thru projects with at that time only 5 fingers and I was like ok if she can do it surely I can too so she is the reason I kept trying instead of giving up I now can crochet but Kayla is still 1,000 times faster and better than me to this day. So yes she is amazing.

That is beautiful! Thank you for sharing. Well Kayla said in her video to use just two thumbs so that is what I did. But you're right that is how she crochets.
