I've only just started to watch the video and notice immediately that your backpack is hanging off your back. It will be much more comfortable and less tiring to carry if you tighten the straps to bring it closer to the backs of your shoulders.🙂

​​@@WildernessSurvivalMan You're welcome.😊 Also, I can't quite tell from the video whether you're doing this already, but the padded backpack hip strap is also important. The idea is to tighten that just over your hips because in that position it will transfer most of the weight of the pack from your shoulders down to your pelvis, where again it will be less tiring when hiking. It's a quality backpack so adjusting it to fit your body properly like this will pay dividends in comfort, especially when you're hiking a long way. Thanks for your videos, they're great! 😊🎉
