- I was challenged to try Egyptian food - and here is me accepting that challenge and trying some DELICIOUS and exotic food at Masrawy, which has the best Egyptian food in Toronto area! This cuisine offered familiar and VERY different food items for me, so I brought my good friend Jon along to help guide me through this "try this food challenge".

This was actually hard to watch but only because the food looked and sounded absolutely amazing. Ive never tried Egyptian food but it sure looks delicious. Looks like there are a lot of similarities to some mediterranean food, especially Greek food but yet its different too. Thanks for sharing this, great video!!

Never had Egyptian food, let alone traditional egyptian food but if there's one thing I find truly enjoyable it's the excitement that Joel seems to have when having what looks like a brand new kind of cuisine unique to his senses and I always enjoy the experience and the content.

Molokhia is one of my favourite meals! I mean, once you get passed the slime, which is more apparent when it’s cold, it is so tasty. Not to mention it has incredible health benefits!

That looked amazing. I live with n Egyptian/Lebanese couple. I had several authentic dishes. Their homemade hummus was addictive and the sauces made homemade sauces make any dish even more amazing. Glad you had this experience. And that is what traditional Mediterranean meals are. Events💕💕

@@OneandOnly99 very. I have a couple different roommates that bring their cultures into our home. Morocco and most recently, I have lived with friends from Mexico and have learned how to make countless dishes and sauces, homemade tortillas. Definitely blessed. I am from Kentucky so I also bring the southern cooking to the table. 💕💕💕💕

Yes! Love it!!!! I teach my son about different parts of the world through his senses. Reading, watching educational videos, guided museum tours, finding areas that are similar in culture/architecture/landscape(including plants) and finally with authentic cuisine.

I work at an Egyptian-owned GREEK restaurant It’s the best food EVER, incorporating both Greek AND Egyptian cooking. The Molo’jaia we make uses American jute plant and toasted garlic. In order to keep the consistency right, the soup can’t come to a boil. We also have pasticio, veggie mousaka, mousaka, tiropita, kotopita, spanakopita, suzukakia, ect.
