If anything, I’d want those two to meet, lol. I do think they’re very cute together and they’re both misunderstood outcasts with an affinity for birds, but shipping aside, I’d tbh want them to meet so Dottore could see how his idea of a controllable dream was able to help people, which is something he wanted. (Of course, he also had ideas re: how to weaponise it as we see in the AQ, but his main objective was/is to help humanity (individual sacrifices for the greater good is Dottore’s philosophy - one he clearly applies even to himself, as he is willing to sacrifice his own Segments to help the Fatui’s cause/surrendered *both* Gnoses to the Tsaritsa.
